The Korea Brand Reputation Research Institute revealed that NEWJEANS holds the top spot in brand value rankings among K-Pop idol groups for the month of September. Continuing their winning streak from last month, NEWJEANS secured first place with an impressive total of 6,941,545 points. These points are an aggregate of various metrics including consumer participation, media engagement, communication, and community activity.
BTS took the second spot in the K-Pop Idol Group Brand Rankings. However, BTS saw an 11.64% dip in their overall brand value compared to August, accumulating a total of 5,741,315 points. The third position was claimed by IVE, who garnered a total of 3,684,031 points.
The K-pop Idol Group Brand Rankings are based on a comprehensive big data analysis and include a list of the top 30 K-pop idol groups in terms of domestic brand value. The list features notable names such as SEVENTEEN, BLACKPINK, NCT, ZEROBASEONE, LE SSERAFIM, (G)I-DLE, NMIXX, EXO, TWICE, OH MY GIRL, STRAY KIDS, THE BOYZ, STAYC, AESPA, H1-KEY, GIRLS’ GENERATION, RED VELVET, INFINITE, BTOB, MONSTA X, SUPER JUNIOR, SHINee, MAMAMOO, 2PM, TREASURE, ASTRO, and ENHYPEN.
