Stray Kids members Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Seungmin recently encountered a minor car accident, prompting JYP Entertainment (JYPE) to adjust their forthcoming commitments. The accident occurred on September 20 as the trio were returning to their residence.
In an official statement, JYPE conveyed that the members immediately sought medical attention following the mishap. Fortunately, no severe injuries were reported, although the members did sustain minor muscle strains and bruises. Medical professionals have advised a conservative treatment approach for the time being.
As a result of the car accident, JYPE has announced several alterations to the group’s schedule. Lee Know and Hyunjin have withdrawn from their Milan Fashion Week appearances, and Seungmin’s Birthday YouTube Live event is also off the table. Additionally, the group’s participation in the Global Citizens Festival in New York will now feature Stray Kids members – 3RACHA Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han as representatives.
JYPE expressed regret for the abrupt changes and reassured fans that the well-being of their artists is their utmost priority. The agency is fully committed to supporting the members’ speedy recovery. The complete announcement is available for further details.
