Copyright fees for FIFTY FIFTY’s Cupid seized by court

A South Korean court has ruled in favor of Attrakt, FIFTY FIFTY’s original management company, in their ongoing legal battle against The Giver’s CEO, SIAHN (real name Ahn Sung-Il). The court found that SIAHN illegally embezzled funds, leading to an order to seize the copyright fees for FIFTY FIFTY’s hit track Cupid and their early albums THE FIFTY and The Beginning: Cupid. This ruling represents another legal victory for Attrakt, who are still engaged in a separate dispute with FIFTY FIFTY regarding their exclusive contract. FIFTY FIFTY is currently appealing a previous court decision that denied their temporary injunction to suspend the contract.
