Jisoo Shines in cameo for Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman

BLACKPINK’s Jisoo is making waves with her upcoming cameo in the much-anticipated supernatural thriller, Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman. Directed by the award-winning Park Chan-Wook, the film delves into the world of exorcisms, focusing on a professor who runs a YouTube channel dedicated to debunking supernatural myths.

Jisoo’s role in the movie is nothing short of enchanting. She transforms into a Korean fairy, complete with intricately twisted hair adorned with flowers. Her striking appearance could easily be mistaken for the fairy in the backdrop painting.

Director Park Chan-Wook expressed his surprise at seeing Jisoo’s cameo in the new film, which was announced on the day of the special premiere.

And the special appearance…I was shocked. You all watched it, so it’s not a surprise. I didn’t recognize her at first, and I didn’t even think that she would appear as I watched it without any prior information.

The director, initially thought a lesser-known actor would fill this minor role. Upon seeing Jisoo, he was awestruck and questioned whether such a stunningly beautiful person could really be a minor actor.

And since it’s a small role, I thought a minor actor would take on the role. But while watching, I thought, ‘Was there such a beautiful minor actor?’ and was shocked for a second.
