BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star to debut on Disney+ Hotstar

Disney+ Hotstar is set to premiere BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star, an eight-part documentary series on December 20, featuring the globally celebrated K-pop group BTS. This series marks a significant follow-up to their 2022 Disney+ Hotstar debut with BTS: PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LA.

The docuseries promises an exclusive look into the journey of BTS, comprising RM, Jin, SUGA, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. Watch previously unseen interviews, performances, and behind-the-scenes glimpses, offering an intimate exploration of the band’s decade-long career. The series will highlight both the triumphs and challenges BTS faced, presented in a compelling documentary format.

BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star also features appearances by HYBE Chairman Bang Si-Hyuk and Kang Myeongseok, author of BEYOND THE STORY: 10-YEAR RECORD OF BTS. The series aims to provide a comprehensive look at BTS’s key milestones, from their early days and first major award win at the 2013 Melon Music Awards to their breakthrough in America, UN speeches, and iconic performances at the Rose Bowl Stadium and London’s Wembley Stadium.

In addition to their professional achievements, the series will delve into personal aspects of the members’ lives. This includes their initial meetings, contract renewals, challenges during the COVID pandemic, and memorable events.
