You Are the Apple of My Eye, which originally starred Chen Tung Ko and Michelle Chen, narrates the poignant love story between a high school troublemaker and a model student, tracing their relationship from their school days to 15 years later.

The Korean adaptation aims to bring a local flavour to this well-loved story, with Dahyun in talks to portray Seon-Ah, the equivalent of Shen Chia Yi’s character from the Taiwanese version. Jin-Young is considering the role of Jin Woo, AKA Ching Teng in the original.
