A breathalyzer test later revealed that his blood alcohol level was over the legal limit.

According to South Korean law, operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher is punishable by a fine of up to 10 million KRW or a prison sentence of up to two years.

Fans and the public will be keeping a close eye on any developments regarding Suga’s situation. This incident highlights the pressures and scrutiny that high-profile individuals face even during their military service.
